About Karol Stolarski

Software Development Engineer II at Amazon

I am a software engineer working at Amazon with past startup experience. I'm interested in helping people improve their interview performance and secure offers in this competitive tech landscape.

I started my journey in college when I pivoted mid-degree to computer science. I am forever grateful for my decision as I've found a fulfilling career in programming.

I am at my strongest as a mentor if any of these describe you: You are preparing for technical interviews You are struggling during technical interviews You deal with impostor syndrome You're curious about startups or big tech

I may not be right for you if: You want advice on how to "break into" tech You want to start learning coding today

Please do not ask for referrals.
