About Karthik M

Creative Design Lead at Kissflow

I design delightful, meaningful, and emotive products with a fearless approach to making mistakes. My focus is on learning from them and continuously improving myself to become a better designer. My belief in my abilities is what drives me forward.

As a creative leader, brand custodian, and mentor with over 10 years of experience in various aspects of design including branding, marketing, UI/UX, web and print design, conceptualization, and visualization, I have worked with both B2B and B2C companies.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with top brands, as well as experience in team building, team management, research analytics, and UX strategy.

I am particularly passionate about understanding the human mind and strive to put myself in the consumer's shoes to come up with creative yet practical solutions to their problems that unlock new realities.

I enjoy interacting with people, learning from their experiences, and pushing them to be the best version of themselves.
