In my third year of college, I ventured into freelancing, swiftly assembling a small team to deliver web services.
Instead of taking up placement offers, I co-founded Excrin with a batchmate, building our own design-dev agency from the ground up.
As Excrin expanded to a team of 30, I honed my design skills through self-learning and led the team in consulting for top startups, gaining invaluable experience.
Eight years later, we partnered with Coderapper, an e-commerce agency, in collaboration with Sedin, navigating new challenges and scaling our impact.
I’m deeply passionate about leadership and sharing knowledge, helping others grow as I continue to learn. My goal is to build a scalable design team that not only evolves with the business but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and mentorship.
