• Optimized launch plan for two key brands in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) markets, to help minimize the impact of limited supply due to a manufacturing cap which helped cut down the number of patients impacted
• Assessed Primary Health Care setups across 12 emerging and developed markets to help identify an attractive geography and disease area to launch a patient support program

• Collaborated with the Investor Relations team to equip the CEO’s office with analyses and top-of-mind documents that help address key questions during investor-meetings and press releases
• Created performance reporting infrastructure for top 3 drug portfolios in Latin American and Canadian primary care markets
• Conducted brand diagnosis for an ill-performing diabetes drug in Brazil which led to the discovery of the off-label use of a key competitor brand in the region
• Evaluated the impact of in-licensing an anti-epilepsy drug on the existing portfolio to support the decision-making process
• Quantified the potential threat from a clinically superior drug’s launch and developed recommendations to minimize prescription erosion proactively

• Analysed patient journey in multiple emerging markets for a primary care indication in Women Health and supported the client in designing a patient-focused disease awareness campaign that improved overall treatment rate
• Quantified eligible and accessible patient pools for a follow-on drug in collaboration with the client’s commercial teams to help minimize cannibalization
• Evaluated effectiveness of multiple Smoking Cessation programs in US, resulting in redesigning of a pharmaceutical giant’s patient assistance program
