About Katarzyna

Design System Manager at keepit

Hi, I'm Katarzyna and I have over 6 years of experience in UX and product design. I currently lead the Design System team at Keepit, where I oversee our design system, UI, and UX writing, owning the strategy, roadmap, and OKRs of a framework that powers products across the organization. I came from architecture and heritage conservation, that background still shapes how I think, I see products as structures with context, layers, and a long life after launch. From there, I've grown through product design into design leadership, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams. I frequently mentor designers and UX writers, help them grow into confident specialists, and shape ways of working that make design systems actually stick.
