I am a UX Designer contributing to the development of BricsCAD - CAD platform. My primary responsibilities focus on understanding user needs and identifying opportunities for product improvements through extensive research. This includes designing and conducting surveys, user interviews, and other methods to gather valuable insights. I analyze this data to uncover key pain points and opportunities, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

In addition to my UX design responsibilities, I am deeply involved in design operations. I’ve led the creation of comprehensive design documentation for our projects, collaborating with the entire team to ensure consistency and clarity. I organize and facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other design-focused events to foster alignment and continuous improvement. I’ve optimized processes such as design-to-development handoffs and structured essential meetings like project kickoffs, enhancing efficiency across teams.

At STX Next, I've successfully led UX design across diverse projects with varying scopes and complexities. My work has spanned multiple domains, including generative AI tools, healthcare platforms, regulatory information systems, and digital service applications. I've consistently demonstrated expertise in user research, conducting workshops, creating personas, flow mapping, and developing user-centric solutions.

Throughout these projects, I've worked closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders, using methodologies like Scrum and Shape Up. My approach emphasizes user testing, iterative design, and continuous improvement to deliver effective, user-friendly digital solutions.

Support as a UX designer. My work started with UX audit to identify areas for improvement and then I was collaborating with different UI designers to redesign the product based on the findings and new requirements.

Cooperation with the internal team dealing with educational projects. Designing graphics, preparing website proposals. Preparation of the website https://kongres.ose.gov.pl/ in accordance with the requirements of the internal team. Collaboration with developers on the implementation of the project.
