Hello! I’m Kate, a Senior UX Designer with over 15 years of experience specialising in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) and Customer Experience (CX)
Currently, I'm a Senior UX Designer in the Ecom team at the Natural History Museum, where I focus on enhancing the online ticket booking experience and improving the Museum’s online shop.
I work cross functionally with different teams across the museum and run Museum wide workshops and research initiatives to help inform my design work.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with and co-ordinated a variety of teams, from redesigning the Sainsbury's website checkout process to working as part of the TUI's app design team to enhance holiday booking and management for customers.
Good at balancing multiple projects and deadlines while keeping teams aligned and focused.
Comfortable working with stakeholders to ensure the user’s needs are at the core of the design process.
Passionate about long-term strategy and iterating on designs to keep improving them over time.
