Hi there! I am a senior product designer at BCBS, the largest customer-owned health insurance company in the United States. Using agile methodologies and a research-first approach, I have a hand in making health insurance more accessible. A few fun facts about me: 🇦🇺 I grew up in Sydney, Australia. 👩‍⚕️ My squiggly career started in healthcare. I never expected to find myself in the wonderful world of tech! 🎓 I have a Fine Arts degree in Sculpture, Installation, and Performance Art.
