Welcome! I'm excited to share my journey in design, which has been anything but linear. I work at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and high-stakes systems, particularly in healthcare, public safety, and the public sector. In these fields, the design of systems can profoundly impact safety, dignity, and trust.

Throughout my experience, I've witnessed a troubling pattern: intelligent, well-meaning individuals being overwhelmed and burned out by systems not tailored to the realities of their work. This insight has deeply influenced my approach to product research, design, and leadership. I am committed to human-centered, ethical, and trauma-informed design, not just as concepts, but as vital strategies for minimizing harm and enabling effective decision-making in challenging situations.
