I'm a career designer, initially working in print, branding, advertising and publishing, but now specialising in digital. I lead a large global community of designers at Thoughtworks, where we deliver digital products and services. I'm inspired by designers who practice inclusive design and technologists who bake accessibility into their work. I'm also one of the organisers of the Sydney Design Thinking meetup.
