I'm an experience and content designer with 20 years of diverse experience. As a leader, I focus on compassion, high quality and strategy. I'm also well-versed in strategic communications, change management, and building content practices in organizations.
As a content designer, I helped design COVID Alert, Canada's exposure notification app, which won a ClearMark Award in 2021 for its clear language and design. I love talking about how to make it easier for people to do what they need to do and know what they need to know.
