About Katharina S.

Product lead at Aware

Hi all, I'm Kathi and I have 6+ years of experience as a product manager with a strong background in product expansion and service design. Through the span of my career, I've worked in small start-ups (Aware) to big corporations (Airbnb). I joined Airbnb through a startup acquisition and focussed on strategically integrating the prior business into Airbnb's ecosystem and expanding a new service offering to multiple markets. I later transitioned to the health tech sector in Berlin to pursue my personal passion for health optimization.

I can provide guidance: product expansion leadership reporting upward / stakeholder management xfn collaboration conflict resolution
