About Katherine Maskalenka

Senior UX/UI Designer at Freedom Finance Corp.

I'm a Senior UX/UI Designer with over 7 years of experience in fintech, digital products, and accessible platforms. I’ve designed interfaces for millions of users across Europe, led design systems, and mentored upcoming designers. What drives me is the balance between beauty and clarity — I believe great design not only solves problems but also brings emotional value.

Currently, I'm focused on growing as a product designer and joining a team where design has strategic impact. My goals are to contribute to meaningful products, expand my leadership skills, and keep creating solutions that are both human and scalable. Outside of work, I love psychology, sharing knowledge, and exploring aesthetic and minimal design in every form
