Hey there! I’m Katlyn (Kate-Lyn) a UX researcher with over 6 years of experience. I’ve had the chance to work across a variety of product and marketing teams, even holding things down as a solo UX researcher. Currently, I’m at Indeed, where I focus on qualitative research to help ensure our products work for people who face barriers to finding employment.
I transitioned into UX research from a background in sales and marketing. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to get started in a new field and I love helping other people navigate the early stages of their UX careers.
