Hi! 👋 I'm currently in my first senior management role, leading the UX design team in Cebu Pacific and working on the next generation of digital touchpoints in aviation.
👩💻 Prior to that, I have 14+ years of experience as a UX/product designer across banking, legal, transportation, gaming, and retail spaces. Around 2020, I started specializing in helping companies scale their design practice, with a focus on design systems, operations, and mentorship.
⚡️ I'm excited to help newer and mid-level designers navigate their careers through career discussions, interview prep, and portfolio reviews.
