Previously Finance Lead Distributors, Strategy & Transformation at PepsiCo, Finance Transformation Manager at PepsiCo and Franchise finance manager at PepsiCo. Studied Master's degree, Finance, General, 5/5 at Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

A question that almost everyone (including myself!) asks at some point in their career is: how do you make the shift from being a great professional to becoming a business leader? How do you take the next step in your career and navigate all the changes that come with it?

I’m happy to help with exactly that. I’ve made this journey myself, and I know it isn’t always smooth. I have 15 years of corporate experience and have worked my way from a junior role to a senior finance leadership position, where I lead a team, navigate complex stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally across the business. Outside my day-to-day role, I regularly speak at and chair finance conferences in Amsterdam and across Europe.

I’ve also moved countries twice during my career, so I’m happy to help with navigating an international environment and adapting to a new work culture. Building a career and developing as a leader in a new country can sometimes feel twice as hard as doing it at home.

I’m passionate about helping people grow. Alongside leading my own team, I’m an internal coach at PepsiCo, helping people develop their leadership skills, figure out their next career step and increase their visibility within the organisation. I’m also a certified coach, so I like to combine coaching and mentoring in my approach - sharing my experience when it’s useful, while also helping you find the answers and leadership style that work for you.
