About Kawika Valentine
Founder / Chief Product Stratefist at KokoStudio
I’m a Product Design executive with 12+ years of experience helping startups and Fortune 500 companies turn complex ideas into products people actually love to use. I’ve led design across healthcare, travel, fintech, and enterprise software, partnering closely with founders, executives, engineers, and product teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
Today I help teams navigate the shift to AI-native products through product strategy, UX, service design, and agentic experiences. As the founder of KokoStudio and creator of the Experience Intelligence™ Method, I work with organizations to move from AI hype to products that deliver measurable value.
I mentor designers, product managers, and aspiring leaders on career growth, portfolio reviews, design thinking, stakeholder management, AI in product development, and making the transition into senior leadership. Whether you’re preparing for interviews, tackling a difficult product challenge, or trying to grow into your next role, I’m happy to help.
