With over 7.5 years of product management experience, I have led cross-functional teams based in the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa to build products using modern discovery and development techniques.
I coach junior product managers and professionals from other disciplines, who are looking to transition into product management.
My leadership style is people focused in nature. I work with management team to understand business objectives, in order to support me in shaping product strategy and context to empower my teams with.
I operate with a focus on value, data, quant/qual research methods, assumption testing, user experience and working towards outcomes.
I have solved problems for users and businesses across multiple sectors (food, healthcare, travel, HRTech, renewable energy, water utility, intellectual property, online gaming and betting) and company sizes from start-up through to medium and large sized companies (b2c/b2b/b2bSaaS/internal).
