Hi, I'm Keerthana and I've been designing products for over 6 years. I started as a visual designer for 3 years before finding my way into product design.

I joined Freshworks as the second designer on their platform team, where I designed marketplaces, developer platforms, and analytics from scratch. From there, I moved to ServiceNow, leading customer service workflows that improved agent productivity for enterprise clients. Along the way, I've designed for scrappy SMBs and large enterprises, introduced AI into workflows, and learned how to influence product roadmaps while keeping design at the center.

Some things I've learned: how to evangelise design processes with stakeholders, run workshops and design critiques, and go from being a designer who said yes to everything to one who's comfortable saying no when it matters. I recently moved from India to the Netherlands, so I'm navigating what it's like to practice design in a completely different culture.
