I’m Keerthiga, with 9+ years of experience across business operations, founder’s office support, digital transformation, stakeholder management, and customer-facing digital initiatives.
In my previous role at Kosha Travel Wear, I worked closely with the founder across multiple business functions, including website migration, WhatsApp Business, customer engagement and loyalty initiatives, influencer partnerships, marketplace operations, recruitment, and social media. This gave me hands-on exposure to identifying business problems, coordinating across functions, working with different stakeholders, and executing initiatives that contributed to customer experience and business growth.
My journey across corporate, startup, and government environments has also taught me to adapt quickly, learn continuously, and approach challenges from different perspectives. I am currently deepening my expertise in digital marketing, an area I genuinely enjoy, and am particularly interested in helping others understand how digital tools and marketing can be applied practically to build brands, engage audiences, and grow businesses.
Outside work, I enjoy painting and spending time playing with Brownie!
