Hi, I’m Keith, a product design leader with experience simplifying complex platform and operational ecosystems.

Most recently, I led product design for Pluto TV across content discovery, viewing, and advertising experiences used by more than 80 million monthly users across 35 markets. Before that, I led UX and research at Covetrus, designing software for veterinarians, technicians, and front-desk teams working in fast-paced clinical environments.

Across my career, I’ve focused on systems-oriented challenges where user needs, business goals, workflows, and technology intersect. I also have extensive experience leading design teams, partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders, building design practices, and helping designers grow.
