Keith blends a sensitivity towards systems thinking, and an empathic approach to problem-solving, which enable him to contribute towards the synthesis of actionable insights from ethnographic research and the translation of opportunities to tangible and innovative ideas.

Munch is a full stack AI-enabled food discovery app that learns user behaviour to improve dining suggestions. The data provided is also amalgamated and cleaned through various machine learning techniques such as visual & semantic analysis.

As one of three Co-Founders of Munch, I conceptualised the business and revenue model,
value proposition and go-to-market strategy, of Munch from its very genesis, along with my fellow co-founders, Earnest Lim and Loh Fuxing. My background in business strategy and  entrepreneurship has equipped me with the skillset and business acumen to be cross-functional within the team, allowing me to excel in business development functions for Munch, such as strategy planning and fund-raising.

As the Chief Design Officer of Munch, my primary role since its incorporation was to conceptualise and design product features for Munch. These features include the Inspiration Feed, which showcases a waterfall of drool-worthy food pictures. Clicking into an image leads the user directly to the Restaurant Information Page, allowing them to access the most relevant information. Another product feature that I conceptualised is EatBetween, a feature that allows multiple users to find popular dining locations that are convenient for each party based on their respective locations. This allows users to have a more convenient and enjoyable planning and dining experience.

After the conceptualisation phase of product features, my primary role is to translate these concepts into elegant design solutions, user experience Journeys and user interface prototypes. I worked closely with my Technical Co-founder, Loh Fuxing, to synergise the technology behind these features with an aesthetically-pleasing user-facing solution.

As the Growth & Marketing Lead for Munch, I conceptualised growth strategies to increase user traction and ‘stickiness’ on the app, as well as planned and executed targeted marketing campaigns, to increase our reach and generate user growth.
