I am a product leader focused on human performance and organizational behavior. My goal is to create technology that is more approachable by giving design, technology, and product professionals the tools they need to create products people love.

I love to shares new ideas and unique perspectives that leave teams with simple, practical tools to make great things happen. I also love storytelling and using stories to make connections that people can understand and relate to.

I have taught User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking at the University of Houston in both the Graphics Design Program & Business School. I am also the former President of the Houston Interactive Marketing Association and chair of the Energy SIG for Houston's AMA chapter.
