About Kenneth Hou
Freelance Design Lead at Kenneth Hou Design
Hi there! I'm Kenny, a freelance / fractional design lead. I was previously a Design Director at a digital agency called Konrad Group where I had the chance to directly manage a team of 7-10 designers while leading the design of 3-5 projects at a time.
Now that I'm at home, with my dog as my only coworker, I'm looking for a new way to pass on whatever I've learned this far in my career!
Let's talk about design, management, leadership or all the above! I won't pretend to have all the answers but I'm happy to share my thoughts and experiences :)
