About Keri

Product Designer at AI

I’ve spent about 15 years designing in places where the stakes and the contexts vary a lot: aviation and autonomous vehicles, enterprise platforms at Walmart, consumer products across Tata Group, and a Red Dot “Best of the Best” along the way. I’ve been an IC, a Head of Design, and the person who leased the office, set up the studio, and hired the team from scratch.

Outside of work I founded UX Wizards, a Bay Area design community of 8,000+ members that has run 750+ events over eight years. Lately I’m building things with AI and exploring where design meets business strategy.

Happy to talk about:

Portfolio and resume reviews, from the recruiter and the hiring manager side Job search strategy, offers, and negotiation Moving into lead or management roles, or back to IC Career pivots, including into or out of design Networking, community building, and getting known in your field Using AI in your design work Starting something of your own

Whether you’re just starting out or many years in, bring whatever you’re stuck on.

“Had a great opportunity to interact with Kerry. It was an insightful discussion on the evolving role of UX design, AI, and how technologies like Copilot/Claude are becoming valuable tools for designers. A key takeaway for me was that the future of UX lies in combining human-centered thinking with AI-driven innovation and continuous learning.”
