About Keshav Aditya Rajupet Premkumar
Senior Software Development Engineer at Stony Brook University
Hi, I'm Keshav. I am a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon. I went from an intern to a Sr. SDE in just 5 years, and I want to share the exact strategies that made my rapid growth possible.
My background is pretty diverse. I know the fast pace of building complete applications from scratch at a startup - Flixjini, and I also have deep expertise scaling massive payments technology and distributed systems at Amazon. I have owned the entire engineering process, from leading major infrastructure migrations and building fraud prevention systems, to writing the strategic roadmaps that align leadership.
As your mentor, I want to give you practical advice you can actually use. We can focus on decoding big tech culture, mastering system design, writing better technical documents, and expanding your scope so you are perfectly positioned for your next promotion.
Whether you are a junior engineer finding your footing or an experienced developer trying to reach the Senior level, I would love to help you map out your path forward.
I can help you with Scope Expansion & Big Tech Promotions The Blueprint for Career Growth Leadership, Strategy & Technical Writing Navigating Early Career in Tech System Design & Architecture
