- Portfolio tips and feedback (15 min): This is a session focused on crafting an impactful Design portfolio. I will share general tips on how to make your portfolio stand out among the crowd, to increase chances of landing your dream job.
- General mentorship (15 min): This session is for general Intros, getting to know each other and discussing topics that may not have gotten covered by other sessions. Come say hi :)
- Let's Celebrate wins (15 min): This session is specifically for my mentees who I worked with on enhancing Design resume, portfolio and Design skills. If you are one of them and if you landed an interview, job or a new Design opportunity that you think could have come from our collaboration, please join this session. - Master Research Skills (15 min): In this mentorship, we'll explore the art of research through hands-on learning and practical exercises. Gain expertise in formulating research objectives, designing surveys, conducting interviews, and analyzing data. Throughout the sessions, you'll receive feedback to refine your research projects and develop compelling research findings. please note that this session will give you more generic tips, but if you are looking for specific tips for your work, I recommend booking a 45 min session called "User Research Deep dive".
- What is Design Ops? (15 min): Interested in pursuing a career track of Design Operations but not sure what the role exactly entails? If so, this session is for you. This session will give you a general idea on Design Ops and what the role entails. For more detailed insights and help with how to navigate to path of Design Ops as a career, please book the other session called "Deep dive in Design Ops".
- Get a FAANG interview for Design role (28 min): Hoping for an interview from FAANG? If so, this session is for you. We will talk about the recruiting process at FAANG and how we might improve your chances of landing an interview. Through my connections with Designers, leaders and recruiters working at FAANG , and my personal experiences of interviewing from Google, Apple and Amazon with and without referrals in recent years, I will share some actionable tips and lessons with you.
