About Kevan D'Agostino

Design Lead at IDEO

I am a designer and researcher that brings clarity to complex problems and designs solutions that put people first. Currently, I am a Design Lead at IDEO, part of the Design Research Team.

Primarily working at the front-end of the design process, I help teams ask the right questions, understand their customers better, and uncover what their products or services should address first. However, my experience and education give me the flexibility to work across the entire design process—from developing strategies and conducting research to visualizing solutions and bringing ideas to life.

I hold extensive experience with clients across the public and private sector globally within consulting, in-house, and has lived and practiced design and research globally in Vancouver, Zurich, Gothenburg, Toronto, and London UK. I have also taught university-level students in design management and service design. I hold a Master of Science in Business and Design from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, a Bachelor of Design in Communication Design from Emily Carr University in Canada, and studied Visual Communication Design at Zurich University of the Arts in Switzerland.
