A people person, not a book. I enjoy being a people person and have a keen interest in helping to build effective and enjoyable workforces. Interested in issues at the intersection of people, organization and businesses. It's no surprise that I still geek out to be able to connect smart people to opportunities that allow them to realize their potential and create revolutionary products! In my spare time, I enjoy traveling the world and eating my way through the places I visit. I enjoy working with HR Leaders & Business Leaders to foster an environment where recruiting as a team and a function is seen as a partnership. I care greatly about a work environment where we are all seen as members of the team and want each other to win.
I'm also an ex Radio DJ/Announcer from Dreamers Radio (The first streaming radio in Indonesia) and still hosting as Master of Ceremonies for numerous events both local events -- from seminars, forum discussions, and weddings -- and International events such as Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival.
