Visionary builder of high-impact UXR infrastructure, transforming research from ad hoc insight to strategic advantage.

I’ve had the privilege of building two foundational UXR teams from the ground up—each designed to scale research impact and advance the maturity of our practice across the company.

Currently leading the UX Measurements Team, which I built from 0 to 1 within our UXR Foundations group. This team owns LinkedIn’s cross-company UX measurement strategy, from defining our core Experience Metric to driving benchmarking practices that empower designers, PMs, and researchers to make informed, evidence-backed decisions.

Year 1 wins:
	•	Launched in-the-moment CSAT (IPS) across the LinkedIn ecosystem—bringing real-time member sentiment into every product conversation.
	•	Benchmarked usability performance for 95% of LinkedIn’s product suite, enabling teams to prioritize improvements based on measurable experience gaps.
	•	Partnered with Privacy and Design to shape LinkedIn’s EU consent strategy, grounding it in member-first principles.

Previously built and scaled the UXR Programs Team, focused on enabling research at scale and advancing researcher craft. I grew the team from 2 to 6 and shaped the strategic direction, vision, and operational model from scratch.

Key achievements:
	•	Launched and scaled a Rapid Usability Lab, delivering 75+ studies that influenced LinkedIn’s highest-stakes initiatives.
	•	Created a Quantified Design Testing program, empowering teams to evaluate new designs with metrics that de-risk product decisions.
	•	Spearheaded programs to uplevel researcher capability, foster internal alignment, and develop foundational UXR infrastructure—including LinkedIn’s internal research repository.

My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, people leadership, and experience strategy. I thrive on building what doesn’t yet exist and raising the ceiling for what research can contribute to product quality, trust, and innovation.

Built LinkedIn's first centralized UXR team supporting all products and teams. A team charged with scaling research with innovative methods to ensure product craft across the organization. Our team flexes to fit the need from offering rapid, iterative testing over many weeks to turning around an unmoderated study in a matter of days. We meet the team where they are and give them as much confidence as we can given the constraints.

Created and ran UXR solutions @ scale that enabled our organization to multiply their efforts and impact through systematic methods. Increased efficiency of the research process to ensure impact at scale.

Enabled an amazing team of world-class talent to be their best selves.

My team takes a simple approach to scaling research:
-Find a real problem for the research organization or company in terms of providing the necessary research
-Design a solution by understanding what needs to be true to solve the problem
-(most important and most difficult) Make the solution feel easy and ensure it could be deployed consistently across the company

From there we pilot with a selected area to make tweaks as necessary, and then officially launch the solution. Once it is launched we work to scale it across the different lines of business, as well as monitor for success and efficiency.

I believe it is important to empower and inform anyone who wants to do user research (or is going to do so regardless) in a way that highlights their unique perspective and skillset while also layering on the rigor that comes with being a trained researcher.

Supported a team focused on scaling research, created and maintained research solutions @ scale, and empowered non-researchers through direct guidance to conduct research.

Created and executed a vision for how user experience research solutions @ scale can enhance product craft across our organization.

Solutions @ scale included: ongoing internal testing, rapid and iterative testing, unmoderated testing, surveys, field work, synthesizing past research (both external and internal), and more!

Led the efforts to quantify the user experience of our products without losing the qualitative storytelling that explains the why behind the number.

Continued to manage and created new research solutions @ scale to enable our amazing researchers to multiply their knowledge and efforts.

Worked on strategies and programs to increase user research visibility and impact within the organization. Developed avenues to multiply our efforts and ensure research is done when needed or desired.

Worked closely with designers, project managers, project marketing managers, and product operations managers to apply qualitative research, design thinking methodology, and quantitative investigation on cross-product initiatives.

Led the foundational/formative user research conducted for LinkedIn’s very own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Talent Hub.

Chose proper methodology and design user experience research studies to better understand our customers' lives and pain points

Ensured insights discovered from real customers are integrated into product development

Led or participated in team building initiatives and UER evangelizing

Taught Design Anthropology. Using the basic 5-step design thinking process, I helped students re-think social media. We focused on Facebook users. This course empowered students with real world skills in research and insight building.

Led initiatives to quantify the user experience

Implemented a new design sprint methodology to enable rapid, iterative design and testing that included constant stakeholder feedback

Evangelized the necessity and value of UX research and the design thinking methodology

Co-spearheaded an initiative to consolidate surveying across the brands

Designed and implemented a voice of employee survey (including hierarchy mapping, role-based dashboards and super user reporting)

The Goal: To use behavioral economics in real world context to help individuals succeed with their own goals. To discover the needs of our clients to better design the features of our service application. To ensure that our application fits into the lives of our clients in the best possible way.

Led the market discovery and design research initiatives for the app - Compass.

Adapted psychological measures to understand movement towards goals

Conducted ethnographic investigation into and quantitative evaluation of people's goal setting behaviors and likeliness to complete.

Built relationships with local non-profits and helped to translate the goals of their organizations into accessible and effective initiative based on bottom up feedback from their clients.

As an instructor of Introduction to Psychology I delivered 1-2 lectures weekly. I also held office hours to ensure my student's comprehension of basic psychological concepts. I designed and administered tests throughout the semester, as well as organized and kept records of student attendance, behavior, and performance across the semester.

Co-led a design-thinking project to understand donors for research hospital.

Conducted intercept interviews in 4 cities (100+ including other team members) to create 10+ personas, journey maps and an ethnography

Anthropological/Rapid Ethnographic work

As a teaching assistant at the University of Memphis I assisted with undergraduate learning of basic research and statistical methods in psychology, graded daily quizzes and quarterly exams, and held office hours to ensure comprehension of course material.

Reviewed resumes, cover letters, and reference sheets; conducted mock interviews; updated facebook and twitter; created weekly blog entries

As a primary investigator at the University of Memphis I design and carry out research projects, which includes data analysis and preparing documents for publication. This has allowed me the opportunity to increase my research design skills, think critically, and examine fascinating questions.

Graded 10-16 student essays each week, as well as led 45-minute discussions of psychological concepts for 5-8 students twice a week.
