I work the seam between human-centered transformation and engineering, from business value to the practical build. Over 15+ years and 60+ engagements I went from interaction designer to architect, and I now lead experience strategy for enterprise transformation programs.

AI made polished output cheap. What still sets people apart is the judgment behind the work: framing the problem, making the call and standing behind it.

I help designers speak build and business, and I help engineers add the human judgment AI can't copy. We work on it through what's in front of you right now: a portfolio, an interview, a promotion case or a role change.

• Portfolio Through the AI Lens: Show Your Calls (30 min): AI can make the polish now, so a portfolio has to show the calls only you made. Bring one case study and the role you're going for. We find the decision inside the work and rebuild the story around it. You leave with a reframed outline and three edits. Not a pixel-level visual critique or resume formatting.
• Tell the Call: Interview & Promotion Stories (45 min): Bring a real interview, portfolio walkthrough or promotion case. You present, I play the room, and we tighten the story to the decision, the trade-off and the result. Designers practise speaking build and business; engineers practise reading the people in the room.
• Your Work After AI: Career Moves & Promotion (45 min): For designers and engineers deciding where their value sits as more of the making gets automated: a role change, a step to lead, or a promotion case. We separate what you make from the calls you make, and map the next move around the calls.
• AI Thinking Partner: Senior Designers & Engineers (45 min): For leads and senior ICs using AI on real decisions. We set up how you frame the problem, pressure-test options with AI, and make the call yourself, so the judgment stays yours and gets sharper.
