About Kevin Sung
Sr. Director of Product Management at Ex-Dropbox, Ex-Google, Berkeley-Haas MBA
I’m a senior Product leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling products that reach hundreds of millions of users.
I mentor PMs and leaders who want to level up both craft and leadership. I’m big on clarity, integrity, and ownership: define the problem well, pick the few things that matter, and execute with discipline. Great products come from bold strategy and differentiated value, not growth hacks.
Common areas I help with:
// 0→1 product strategy and execution
// UX and customer experience at scale (workflows, quality, reliability)
// Growth, monetization, payments, and international expansion
// Leading and coaching teams in fully remote environments
// Finding yourself as a product manager or leader (principles, beliefs, style).
Bring anything. Product thinking, leadership challenges, career moves, tough stakeholder situations, confidence and communication. I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll leave with a plan.
