I'm a UX researcher & design practitioner with 7 years of experience in fields of Research, human centred design, and strategy. I've migrated from Industrial design to Strategy & UX Research through my career path.

I've had key engagements in diverse industries such as education, healthcare, business, branding, childcare, transportation, government, publishing, fashion, manufacturing, finance, luxury, etc.

I love to implement an empathy-driven approach to understand consumers/user needs by looking at the world through the lens of an end user in order to understand their motivations & challenges.

I have gained my Research knowledge on ground, while working with some of the best & inspiring researchers from the fields of Psychology, Anthropology & Design.

My work reflects a clear strategic design approach I internalised at Domus Academy, the home of Italian Design and showcase a strong understanding of consumer psychology & trends I engraved as a Retail & Experiential designer at MIT Institute of Design.

I am always learning & often explore or create my own research tools and processes or merge some to make a hybrid method, to suit the requirements of the study.

Along side, I've also taught young designers at a couple of design schools, to share my knowledge and gain some back from young & charged minds!
