About Kiki Liu
Program Director at University of Pennsylvania
Hi, I'm Kiki and I'm the Program Director at Develop for Good, a nonprofit connecting college students with real-world tech projects for social impact. Over the past several years, I've overseen our volunteer program operations, matching 3,700+ students and mentors with 250+ nonprofit software projects. I work cross-functionally with students, industry mentors, nonprofit partners, and our leadership team to ensure meaningful learning experiences and impactful deliverables.
I frequently mentor students navigating their first product management and leadership roles, and I design program structures, training initiatives, and feedback systems that support both student growth and nonprofit success.
I can help you with: Navigating early career opportunities in tech Program management and operations Working with nonprofit clients and stakeholders Leadership and team management Transitioning from student to professional roles
