About Kiley Rundle
Senior Product Design Manager at Nextdoor
Hi, I’m Kiley! 👋
I’m a design leader, mentor, and collaborator who’s passionate about empowering designers to grow in their careers with confidence. I believe great design is as much about people as it is about pixels, so whether you’re looking for career advice, portfolio feedback, or guidance on navigating leadership, I’m here to help!
With 15+ years in design and 5 years leading teams, I’ve seen (and experienced) the highs and lows of this industry. My goal as a mentor is to share what I’ve learned, offer a sounding board, and help you move forward with new ideas and excitement.
Let’s chat, problem-solve, and build your next steps together! 🙌

“ADPList is lucky to have Kylie as a mentor! She is such a great communicator and is able to articulate her ideas clearly. Our session was super productive - after some quick intros we dove into how she approached knowledge sharing and team communication, and also got some great feedback on the product I'm building. Can't wait to chat with her again, and you should too!”
“Kiley is great! Great attitude, energy, and willingness to share experiences and perspectives. Looking forward to subsequent sessions!”
