Leading the pre-licensed clinician business and product suite for this rapidly-expanding HealthTech platform, I built a product and design team focusing on executing product innovation and facilitated scaling of operations to encompass new initiatives. I led cross-functional teams across the finance, operations, digital, legal, marketing, editorial, and product departments.

Highlights:
► Led redesign of the TYH licensure application to deliver a superior user experience and ignite accelerated growth, with plans to broaden our reach into more states.
► Launched the 'Learning Pass' for group practices within SimplePractice Learning. This initiative surpassed our targeted sign-up rate by 30% shortly after its release, laying a solid foundation for sustained growth.
► Introduced an innovative enterprise subscription model for SPL, contributing to the doubling of revenue within a year.
► Collaborated closely with marketing to revise EHR system pricing & packaging, targeting group practices which were projected to drive revenue growth of at least 10% year-over-year.

Initially leading a startup-like division, I grew and managed a large $MM portfolio of Learning Applications across various higher education disciplines to enhance Pearson’s core product offerings. Ultimately, reported to the VP of Product Management, collaborating with teams across North America, UK, ANZ, APAC, and Nordic regions.

Directed the vision and development of a brand new SaaS-based learning management system, and grew team driving product innovations and user-centric features, such as real-time analytics, eReader, and lesson planning tools. Managed product lifecycle from concept through launch, incorporating advanced technologies (HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, MySQL, Java) and hosted on AWS.

Delivered large-scale digital projects for Time Warner Cable, MetLife, and DuPont, including complete redesign of MetLife's mobile site, and global content platform transformation for DuPont across 13 business units.

Directed all phases of the product development lifecycle from concept through launch for the Read 180 Interactive Teaching System and the Teacher Dashboard Lesson Planner, two web-based services providing valuable classroom materials for teachers.

Managed the creation and maintenance of websites, content management systems, and analytics sites for companies such as Barnes & Noble (SparkNotes), Nick Jr., and MTV. Responsibilities included client
management, creating budgets and project plans, frontend development, technical troubleshooting (frontend and backend), QA, and deployment.

Worked within newly formed math technology department on a wide variety of teacher and student technology products, such as the ExamView assessments and teacher-narrated student tutorials.

Valuable experience gained in a large, team-based work environment.
Responsibilities included creating project plans and budgets, managing vendors, proofing, writing, and answer checking K-12 math print and technology materials.

Taught Essential Math and Pre-Algebra to high school students.
