As a gameplay UX Designer within the design team, I held a central role where I collaborated extensively with multiple teams during the pre-production phases of our project, and the game directors, in order to bring their innovative ideas to life.
I was a key player in the collaboration with game designers, ensuring that our designs seamlessly aligned with principles of usability and accessibility, and with the user researcher in order to conduct testing on the designs. Additionally, working with developers allowed me to prototype innovative ideas to push the boundaries of user experience and technology.
I proudly contributed to the establishment of narrative content standards for menus and dialogs through collaboration with the narrative team, showcasing my ability to contribute effectively across different aspects of the project.
My role was to design gameplay experience, as well as creating and prototyping HUD and menu designs.

I had the opportunity to create a comprehensive ( and fun) UX program from scratch. This program, spanning 45 hours, was meticulously designed to empower students with a good and applicable understanding of user experience principles in the web industry practice. 
Delivered over 12 weeks at a pace of 4 hours per week within a web design curriculum, the program covered a diverse range of topics. It seamlessly integrated theoretical concepts, hands-on practical exercises, teamwork workshops, user testing methodologies application, and the intricate art of designing web products. 
What made this project unique was the fact that I was able to take the time to establish a personalized follow-up with each of the students, of whom there were less than 12 per session. I provided personalized guidance and support, ensuring each student had the opportunity to excel. I had also to implement continuous assessments to gauge their comprehension and skills.

As principal UX designer and researcher, my responsibilities covered the different phases of design and monitoring of a product, including the strategy, research, analysis, design, production and iterations, in order to create rich user experiences on web and mobile platforms.
I was working simultaneously on several projects, developing and iterating on educational platforms, developing content management systems and support management tools, and supporting the practice of user-centered design at the company. 
I was also responsible internally for seeking and allocating resources to projects, according to the needs.

Part of the research lab, I was responsible of the user tests, which was including the recruitment, the moderation of the participants during the remote or in-lab test, and the qualitative data compilation and synthesis. 
The user research lab worked in close collaboration but independently to the production team, our mandate was to support the research throughout the production of all the Ubisoft games.

I was also involved in developing new processes and internal tools for our team.

I was in charge of working closely with the production team to apply research on the design throughout the development. 
My tasks consisted of designing the prototype closely with the designer, based on the results of the last user tests, and organizing user tests to validate the design, as well as presenting the results to the whole team and continuing thus in an iterative process.
Gov.uk processes required documenting all our processes as we went along.

Responsible for leading the user tests, from the requirements gathering to the presentation of results to stakeholders including user recruitment, test moderation, analysis and the report to the team.
My responsibilities were to devise appropriate research strategies to generate focused insights and to convert concepts into high quality stimulus material along with working closely with designers and producers to turn user data into actionable product/service requirements that feed into prototype development, and influence product direction.
