About Kimberly Wong
Strategic Product & Design Leader | Curating Authentic Experiences at KW Creative
Hi, I’m Kim! 👋
I’m a design leader who brings heart, strategy, and a deep care for people into every aspect of the work. My path spans industries and roles—from startups to global brands—where I’ve built and scaled design systems, led cross-functional teams, and championed inclusive, human-centered experiences that truly connect with users.
At the core of my practice is a belief that great design is about people first. I love mentoring because it’s an opportunity to create space for honest conversations, thoughtful growth, and shared learning. Whether you're navigating a career pivot, wrestling with a tricky stakeholder, or building confidence in your design voice, I’m here to support you with empathy, clarity, and practical guidance.
My approach blends design systems thinking, product strategy, and UX principles with a grounded, collaborative spirit. I lead with servant leadership values—helping others flourish, find their path, and feel seen in the process.
Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious—drawn to photography, travel, and the little details that make everyday life feel magical.
If you're looking for a mentor who brings a mix of real talk, design depth, and wholehearted support, I’d love to connect.
