As a product designer, I was responsible for: creating the information architecture, user flows, sitemaps and wireframes during collaboration with the product and marketing team to revitalize the website, which has more than 2 million visits.

We worked as a Kanban team to identify the potential bottlenecks and handle very prioritized tasks to increase the performance of the platforms.

We tried to solve the UX problems like the bounce rate, which have been found during user tracking, usability testing, and setting specific indicators on Google analytics.

Our team presented understandable flows, wireframes, detailed components, and layouts for the Limoo and built a responsive web application from scratch.

To uncover the market issues, we deep-dived into existing behavioral and purchase data of potential users.
We started the design process by researching and conducting interviews to create a user-centered design web application.
We delivered high and low-fidelity prototypes to make them simple for users. Using eye-tracking and heat-mapping tools like Crazy Egg to test the usability of the product in each stage  

One of the other teamwork achievements was designing the management dashboard based on the PIM strategy. We delivered a scalable design system for increasing the consistency of resources and saving time for development communications.

We redesigned the Pars Data enterprise management panel by building nested hierarchies components. It was a multiple access role or levels dashboard. We went through the complicated user flows and prototypes by translating them to understandable circulation for users and the technical team.
