Hi there!

I'm Kira, a UX Research (UXR) and Human Centered Design Lead at a fast growing startup. Prior to taking on a new challenge, I was a Principal UX Researcher at Capital One for over 2 years.

My journey into UXR wasn't linear as I had to learn what User Research actually meant! Fortunately, I successfully transitioned from Social Science Research to UXR.

I'm happy share my journey with you and what makes a successful UXR.
