Whether you need advice on career development, skill enhancement, project management, or any other professional challenge, I am here to help. Bring your questions, challenges, and goals, and we will work together to find effective solutions and strategies.
  • Mock Interview: Practice and Perfect (60 min): In these focused mentorship sessions, you’ll develop the skills and confidence needed to tackle tough interview questions, showcase your expertise, and make a strong, lasting impression. We will conduct mock interviews tailored to your target role, followed by detailed, personalized feedback. You’ll also learn proven interview strategies and techniques to help you excel in any interview setting. Join this session to boost your interview performance and increase your chances of landing the job you want.
  • Optimize Your CV/Resume (30 min): Please send your CV ahead of the session for review. If it’s for a specific job, include the job description as well. In the session, I will provide general feedback on your CV and offer suggestions for improvement. We will discuss these ideas in detail, and you’ll be expected to implement the improvements afterward. (Optional) Follow-up Session: We can review the revised CV, where I will give additional feedback on the changes made. This is a one-time event, suitable for both initial and follow-up sessions.
  • Developing Teams with StarMatrix (45 min): Explore how cross-functional your team is, identify existing skills, assess the “bus factor” for each skill, and discover ways to improve your team’s capabilities. Here is the plan of action: Session 1: Introduction to the StarMatrix tool, Q&A, and template discussion. We will discuss how to build it for your team, which will be your homework until session 2. Session 2: Review the matrix you’ve built for your team and prepare for a workshop with your team. Session 3: Analyze the completed matrix, derive insights, and develop individual development plans for team members.
  • Forecasting project or product release (45 min): You need to understand if you can deliver the needed scope to a set date or set a delivery date for a given scope. Bring the data you already have for this review. In this series we will do the following: Session 1: Review your problem/question and delivery data you already have for preliminary analysis, and define what else you need to clarify or gather before session 2 to answer a needed question. Session 2: check newly updated data and how it affects your product/project delivery forecast.
  • Using Team Topologies to Scale Delivery (45 min): Using Team Topologies to improve flow, reduce friction, and support organizations in scaling delivery. Structure: Session 1 – Model overview, exploring how it can help in your context, and defining practical homework for the next session. Session 2 – Review of homework exercises, discussion of learning, insights, and next steps.

What mentees say

“I had a good experience with Kirill as my mentor. He shared valuable insights and provided a list of resources as follow-up (books, videos, and links) that were helpful. I recommend booking a session.”

Yuri Winche Achermann, Founding Engineer at NCAM

“Really useful first session. Kirill's main steer was to understand the current state and why things work the way they do before changing anything. Practical guidance on what to track and how to read the real stakeholder dynamics, plus a good nudge to own my onboarding proactively.”

Antonio Carvetta, Sr Program Manager at Ometria

“Kirill was super helpful in navigating my career pivot from design toward neuroscience and design research. He took the time to go through my materials before our session, which made our conversation immediately useful. He helped me to spot the blind spots in how I was communicating my expertise on my website and on LinkedIn, sharpening the value I bring.”

Inga Cassidy, Strategist. PhD-to-be. at FIN
