My personal goal in this affair is to give the students of business degrees the knowledge and advice that would help them to get into the workforce with as little stress as possible.

1. Creating the roadmap for further product development 
2. Running and leading strategic bets and executing them in deep cooperation with other departments 
3. Translating the sales data into growth spots or improvement areas 
4. Leading & training the team of sales professionals

1. Building new partnerships with A-class Distributors in the EU region as well as key resellers 
2. Showcasing the use cases and explaining how SAAS transformation can benefit the partnering party
3. Collaborating with IBM on marketing, technical, and product levels
4. Collaborating with IBM on the product offering as well as negotiating the price points for our platform
5. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Success departments to make sure that our offering is THE offer for our key customers

1. Developing partner and end-user base in all major markets worldwide. 
2. Working with worldwide key partner accounts/service providers on the basis of generating more deals & revenue.
3. Working with the team of sales and business development managers, setting key objectives & establishing KPIs.
4. Sharing users & partners' feedback about the product to the R&D team for making improvements and creating tasks for further development
5. Working with the marketing department to attract partners and customers.
