About Kirill Luzhnov
Engineering manager at Traide.ai
I have about 12 years of experience as a Engineering manager, software engineer, scrum master, and product owner. My focus is on growing teams and helping individuals develop through mentoring, coaching, and creating career paths. I work closely with other engineering managers, department heads, and the CTO to ensure we collaborate effectively and achieve better results in less time. I prioritize resolving problems through clear communication. Additionally, I am always willing to assist developers with their duties and support them as needed, particularly with questions related to software architecture, infrastructure, and other technical aspects. I am also involved in the recruitment and onboarding processes. At the moment I am interested in developing as Engineering manager or Head of engineering in existing projects. I am also interested in starting a new project or joining an entrepreneur with a proven hypothesis in the early stages of product development. I am currently actively involved in the development of an AI project and would like to grow in this direction, including working with LLM and self-hosted ML solutions.
