About Kishore Thota

Principal Consultant at University of Bridgeport

Hi, I’m Kishore Thota, an Infrastructure Engineer and technology consultant with 9+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and scaling secure IT environments. I’ve had the privilege of working with major institutions like New York Medical College, University of Bridgeport, and Hi-Link Technology Group—leading large infrastructure projects from the ground up.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats: engineer, advisor, founder, and mentor. As the owner of Exotic IT Services Corporation in Toronto, I’ve led cross-border consulting efforts that drive real change in enterprise infrastructure from identity management to cloud transformation. My technical toolbox spans VMware, AWS, Active Directory, Exchange, Veeam, Intune, and more. I thrive at the intersection of innovation and reliability, where secure systems meet scalable design.

Mentorship is something I deeply value. I’ve guided professionals transitioning into infrastructure roles, supported teams.

I can help you with:

Navigating a career in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering

Designing and deploying scalable solutions with VMware, AWS, or Microsoft platforms

Building your consulting business or transitioning into freelance IT work

Let’s connect and build something impactful—together.
