Sessions with Kit Oliynyk

  • Mentorship Session (30 min): Mentorship session
  • Portfolio that survives the first 60 seconds (45 min): Three sessions. You leave with a portfolio a hiring manager can read in a minute, one case study rebuilt outcome-first, and a resume and LinkedIn that clear the bots. 1. The cold read. I scroll your portfolio at hiring-manager speed and narrate what I actually see, which is roughly nothing past the first fold. We pick three things to fix. Only three. 2. One case study, rebuilt. Your strongest project, restructured. Metric up top, context second, process only where it earned the space. No metrics? I'll show you how to defend the numbers you have. 3. The other three gates. Resume for the AI parser, LinkedIn for the recruiter, story for the panel. Each one reads differently. I'll suggest some homework between sessions, but I won't chase you. Everything is recorded so you can re-watch it. I've run 90 of these for free and I'll keep running free 30-minute ones. This is the version where we finish the job. Not for you if you want encouragement. I'm on your side, which isn't the same as being nice about your work.
