In this job, my main orientation was about managing google ads and Bing accounts and generally
doing everything related to Pay Per Click (PPC). These duties include creating new campaigns,
Data Analysis and optimizing them to earn high ROAS, and analyzing the market with the help of Google Analytics. I managed the whole Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign for customers who want to grow in the digital realm.

In this job, I was a customer support agent which helps me to deal with a colorful spectrum of daily
and routine problems related to customers and their interactions with products. This job taught me
to listen well to the customer's voices, detect the nature of the problem, and how use knowledge and
creativities combination to solve that problem. Alongside those experiences, I also learned how to
create a page for a website and use WordPress and Shopify!

As internship in the crown tour, I got familiar with concepts such as google ads, online advertising,
and the tourism industry in Italy. It was a nice experience since in the intense competition
environment of Italy tourism industry, during the corvid crisis, and on digital platform challenge all
my prior knowledge and force me to learn new concepts and keep myself up to date. That experience
engages and used all my intellectual and creative resources.

In this job, I was faced with a very traditional company that struggles to survive in changing
environment so as a consultant I started to reengineering every process and framework of their
marketing approaches in a way that brought back their competitive advantages. We did Rebranding
include of changed logo design, design a new set of advertising from physical brochures to digital
ones, design a new website, design new packaging, and finally initiate different exhibitions to
increase awareness of our brand.
