With over 13 years of unwavering dedication to the world of software engineering and leadership, I am a seasoned Principal Software Engineer who has consistently demonstrated a profound commitment to excellence and innovation. My journey in the ever-evolving tech landscape has been marked by a passion for crafting cutting-edge solutions, driving high-performing teams, and leading complex projects to success. As a leader, I have honed the art of fostering collaboration and mentorship, nurturing teams to achieve their full potential, and consistently delivering high-quality results. Currently working as an Engineer, Leader and Scrum master in Data Cloud Org , where we are building scalable products designed for various Cross Cloud integrations including Einstein AI capabilities.

Duties include :
1. Principal Engineer for Data Factory service, which deals with large scale Data extracts and Imports to Cloud storages like S3, Azure Blob and Oracle.
2. Architect, Design & Implementation of features pertaining to large scale data processing systems for Customer Data Platform in Data Cloud, which involves sourcing it from Kafka, SQL and delivering it to Data lake.
3. Enhancing Segmentation capabilities of Audience Builder Product, which is used for Email and SMS Marketing at scale.
4. Upliftment of monolith Marketing Cloud applications to Public cloud by re-architecting, building and deploying them through CICD pipelines.
5. Managing & leading a dynamic team by harnessing Agile Project Management for timely deliverables.
6. Cross org & Cloud collaboration to build, deploy and support products in a Multi-cloud space like Salesforce inhouse, AWS and Azure.

SmartIT is a dynamic and rapidly growing integrated staffing and consulting company dedicated to exceptional delivery and personalized customer service.  Below are my duties :

1) Working on MVC 5.0 using C#, Asp.Net, VB.Net,JQuery,Entity Framework, WCF, Crystal Reports and SQL Server 2008.
2) Working as a Senior Developer, transforming multiple crucial business requirements into automated assets.
3) Working with Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis to provide technical solutions to the Capital Stock problems.
4) Performing full stack development including generation of Crystal Reports.
5) Acting as a Consultant to provide technical advice to resolve functional and technical problems.
6) Working in an active team that follows Agile practice as SDLC model by using Rally as the Agile 
tool.

1) Working on MVC 4.0, C#,VB.Net , JQuery, Entity Framework, Asp.Net, Web Api , WCF, WPF, SQL Server 2008 and LINQ to SQL.
2) Working as a Developer Lead and AGILE Scrum Master.
3) Implementing critical coding modules as a Dev Lead.
4) Working on an insurance portal with very good exposure on US Health care domain.
5) Working closely with DBA for Performance Tuning in SQL.
6) Performing code reviews considering the coding standards of .Net.
7) Participate in merging code across branches, deployment activities, and extended help to other team mates
8) Perform full stack development including creating technical specs documentation.

1) Working on end to end process of SDLC i.e., from Requirement gathering to Delivery. The project work includes providing Asp.Net(C#),HTML,CSS,JS and SQLServer development work with Sierra-Nevada UHC team to meet the requirements of Clinical Healthcare Applications.
2) Knowledge on VB,WCF and Crystal Reports.
2) Worked on developing Tools that support the internal applications of UHG.
3) Worked on different documents like Requirements spec, Functional spec and Technical spec involved in Software Development.

1) Trained on .Net at Infosys Mysore Training center. 
2) Worked in Microsoft Account, which dealt with developing Internal applications of Microsoft using Asp.Net(C#), MVC, SQL Server 2008 R2.
3) Worked on Critical Program Configuration as part of one of the projects in Microsoft Account.
4) Worked on developing Automation tool for one of the critical projects in Microsoft Account.
