Managing a team of technical program managers and helping Android deliver on key large scale initiatives.

Provide business leadership/management of the technology platform and associated business processes that support the PAS & Private Wealth Management of managed accounts business.  Participate in strategic, marketplace, or other necessary analysis to identify platform or process enhancements that support our product strategy and present proposals to management for funding approval.

Responsible for overseeing the full product development life cycle including concept ideation, solution design, development, and implementation.  Driving the platform solutions that support the Rep Experience in support of our Clients including, Profiling, Sale and Service Support and all associated workflow and Rep tools.

Managing a 24 persons distributed team to deliver a $3.5 million dollar project to build out financial planning tools for: retirement planning calculators,  Alternate Minimum Tax planning, reverse mortgage calculator, solvers for calculating age based modeling, and Health Savings Accounts planning; to perform stochastic asset liability modeling as well as utilizing cash flow engines for product delivery.

Expert at problem solving, risk mitigation, conflict resolution, scope and release management, scheduling, benchmarking developer productivity. Manages all aspects of project budget including estimating, planning, billing and Total Cost of Ownership and multi-year planning and budgeting. 

Coaching junior members of the team to be a scrum master in order to lead smaller tracks within a large program. Asset Allocation program manager for the Fidelity Personalized Portfolios (FPP) product offering. The offering provides a personalized and relationship-based managed account option for mass affluent (MA) and high-net-worth (HNW) investors who have more complex investment needs and concerns about their taxable assets.
Oversee the build out of the new managed account platform enabling sophisticated investment solutions, and expanded portfolio management services.
Manage 8 person team to build and deliver solutions to support the Investment Managers and clients.

Selected to drive systems requirements gathering and development of two major solvers, Age-Based Equity and Model Portfolio Assignment functionality, for retirement planning monitor project and hybrid scoring. Performed high-level systems analysis to research impact of new hybrid scoring algorithm. Charged with maintaining test harness Direct Access, a home grown tool used by developers/testers to test main Asset Liability Modeling engine built by senior developers. 
Spearheaded development and maintenance of Java swing-based test harness for functional testing, analysis, service recovery, and certification of new RPM age-based model portfolio functionality, health savings accounts, reverse mortgages, alternate minimum tax, and Hybrid Income Profile Questionnaire. Designed new web deployment environment through use of RAD 6.2 for algorithm written in CPLEX to analyze performance, network requirements, and response time for stochastic modeling.

• Conceived and Developed Solutions to Diverse Business Needs: Devised solution to a challenging technical problem, enabling ability to better meet the needs of business users of - Fidelity’s main Asset Liability Modeling engine by certifying new features to the tool quickly and with ease. Became SME on the tool and a valuable resource to business users seeking to extend functionality through the development of new features

• Wrote Technical Design Documentation and Use Cases: Developed technical design documentation and use cases in Fidelity Retirement Income Evaluator Application for systems development, functional and integration testing, and certification of financial solver functionality. 

• Transferred Knowledge: Conducted knowledge sharing sessions in India and US, providing cross-training to technical staff on financial engines, applications, functional testing process, and knowledge base development. Developed videos and presentations of training material for future reference.  Managed team blogs, wikis, and forums

Selected to lead complete lifecycle development of intranet websites using HTML, JSP, and JavaScript to create roadmap for Secure Development Lifecycle of application.  Automated the generation of complex technical reports for the security team’s triage process, providing import and export of information from Tiger Tracker and Secure Code Review database bug tracking systems to Rational Clear Quest Application database. Designed and delivered new predictive threat index aid tools to identify application vulnerability and reported product bugs through development of new GUI.
