About Krishnnambal Sundaram

Manager at Xebia

Hello,

It's a pleasure to meet you. My journey began as a Dot Net Developer, where I primarily focused on enhancements and application support. Later, I transitioned into the role of an RPA developer, automating mundane tasks using the ICAP (Infosys Cognitive Automation Platform).

I've been actively involved in the OutSystems community since 2020, and I'm honored to be recognized as an OutSystems MVP—the only female MVP from India. With a strong commitment to sharing knowledge, I've trained over 500 professionals in OutSystems. My contributions include leading numerous user group sessions, reaching over 2000 professionals to shed light on the intricacies of OutSystems and its functionalities.

My impact within the OutSystems community is evident through my proficiency in user group sessions and training, earning me the prestigious title of OutSystems MVP. I've had the privilege of speaking at OutSystems ONE and NextStep conferences three times. Notably, my session on 'Intelligent Automation with OutSystems and UiPath' ranked 6th among the top 10 sessions at the OutSystems Global Conference 2023.

With over 11 OutSystems certifications, I've demonstrated my mastery of the platform. At Xebia, I've led the OutSystems Global Training Program, contributing to our team's recognition as the 'OutSystems Training Partner of the Year' for both 2021 and 2022.

Currently, I'm focused on exploring generative AI and its integration with the OutSystems platform, showcasing my ongoing dedication to innovation and advancement within the field. Outside of my professional achievements, I take pride in embracing my role as a mother to my baby girl.

I'm deeply passionate about the 'Women in Tech' initiative. Through this mentorship program, my goal is to empower women to pursue successful careers. I'm here to assist with public speaking, OutSystems, career guidance, content writing, work-life balance, and counseling.

Overall, I'm a great listener, and I'm confident that by the end of our conversation, you'll have clarity on your next steps.

Looking forward to speaking with you!
