While never missing a chance to further immerse myself in technology, I hold my understanding of the human factor to be the key to success. I pave the path to understanding not only the needs and motivations of the users I advocate for, but also for my business and engineering partners. Of all of the skills I possesses, I hold my EQ as my most valuable asset. Aligning with stakeholders on a unified vision allows me to work most effectively with my teams. While creating enterprise software platforms, you can often hear me talking about invisible impact backstage actors have on the user's experience. I take these insights and facilitate conversations to gather momentum on a quest to alleviate user friction and foster delight.
After ideation workshops, my technical repertoire is crucial to evaluating feasibility of product solutions. I weigh the predicted impact to the product experience against the cost and work with the team to optimize our solution. My relentless commitment to iteration extends from one of my core tenants– if you’re not testing, you’re guessing. The biggest impact to the ultimate outcome of a project is dependent on taking insights from research and completing the feedback loop to adjust features and help prioritize upcoming work.
